As our Senior Client Strategist, you will lead the experimentation (A/B Testing and Optimization) strategy of 3-4 existing client accounts by understanding client needs and goals. Every day we’ll rely on you to provide innovative ideas to optimize revenue and provide an improved customer experience by ideating conversion experiences and evaluating them through their implementation. To thrive in this role, you will be familiar with tools like Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Monetate, and/or AB Tasty. You are motivated by a deeper purpose that goes beyond testing copy or button colors: you want to align clients’ digital strategy to help it achieve its goals. This position is fully remote.
- Manage clients with varying levels of conversion rate testing maturity (everything from basic traffic & conversion reports through multi-channel analysis, optimization and data mining)
- Conduct CRO-related experiments in a wide variety of verticals to optimize UX/UI of users—cruise, hotels, airlines, telecommunications, retail and more
- Manage SEO strategy for select clients, providing content and optimizations to ensure better organic results
- Conduct analytic deep dives through various platforms to derive meaningful, actionable insights; these platforms include Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Contentsquare, Quantum Metrics, ABTasty, Monetate, and Google Optimize
- Ensure effectiveness of experiments by tracking results across time
- Manage 2-3 strategy team members
